It depends on where you are.  Once orders are processed they typically take 1-3 business days to arrive for United States orders.  For Canadian orders they typically arrive within 1-5 days.  Internatioinal shipping time varies, orders usually take 7-14 business days to arrive, however remote locations may take 7-21 business days.  Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We are in partnership with major couriers and offer free tracking on all orders.  All of our orders are shipped from our fulfillment center and are usually shipped with USPS, Canada Post or DHL shipping.

It depends on the product.  Most of our products are made with 316L Surgical Stainless Steel or Sterling Silver.  All options are outlined on our product pages, so look out for customization options there.

This really depends on the piercing which you are using our jewelry for.  

Some pages have an "notify me when avaliable" feature that lets us notify you when your product is back in stock.
